Smartphones, Gadgets & Electronics
For officially warranted smartphones, mobile phones, smart devices, laptops, televisions, home appliances, accessories, and other electronic products, customers must visit the official customer care or authorized service center of the respective brand.
For products supplied through an authorized showroom or plaza, all warranty, servicing, repair, or replacement (if applicable) will be handled according to that showroom's or brand's official service policy.

What is NOT Covered?
Official warranty generally does not cover the following:
