You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, username, and password. You must not use the site in a way that:

  • Promotes violence, hate, or illegal activities.       
  • Involves fraud, malware, or fake identity.

    4. Pricing, Availability & Orders

       

    Prices are in BDT, inclusive of VAT. BanglaMalls reserves the right to cancel any order due to: 

             
    • Quality issues found during inspection.       
    • Stock unavailability or pricing errors.       
    • Suspected fraud or mass purchasing for reselling.
      •       

      5. Stock & Delivery

                
    • Standard Delivery: Within 10 business days (may vary due to national holidays).       
    • Charges: Delivery charges apply. Failed deliveries due to customer negligence will incur re-delivery charges.

      6. Governing Law

         

      These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.
