General Terms & Conditions       

  • Valid Documentation: A valid warranty card and invoice must be presented.       
  • Original Packaging: You must return the product with its original box, manuals, and accessories.       
  • Manufacturing Defects: Warranty only covers factory faults, not physical damage.       
  • Void Warranty: Products that are burnt, water-affected, tampered, or rooted will not be eligible.

    How to Claim Your Warranty

    Step 2: Provide your Order Number, issue description, and photos of the product & warranty card.       

    Step 3: Drop off the product at our service desk or an authorized service center.
